Seth A. Robbins

After graduating from law school, he accepted a position as an associate. In 2005 Seth became a partner. His primary practice areas are construction law, government contracts, and civil litigation.
Seth has extensive experience counseling a variety of clients, including owners, engineers, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties in all aspects of litigation and contract disputes. As a litigator, he addresses the full spectrum of construction and government contract issues, including bid protest, claims preparation, delay, disruption, acceleration, design-build contracting, terminations, contract payment and performance problems, surety performance and payment bonds, debarment, mechanic’s liens, and prime-subcontractor disputes. Seth has successfully litigated and arbitrated major construction claims before federal courts, state courts, boards of contract appeals, and AAA arbitration panels.
