Jesse Keene joined Seeger Faughnan Mendicino PC in 2009 and maintains a complete litigation practice, focusing primarily on construction and commercial law.
Prior to joining the firm, Jesse maintained a construction and commercial litigation practice in Washington State where he successfully represented architects, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in both state and federal trial courts. At Seeger Faughnan Mendicino PC, Jesse counsels and represents clients on a variety of matters, including bond claims, complex commercial disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, mechanic’s liens, and secured transactions.
Jesse has served as lead counsel at trial and has represented clients in both mediation and arbitration hearings.
In 2008, Jesse received a Masters of Law from The George Washington University Law School. A graduate of Gonzaga University’s School of Law, Jesse served on the editorial board of the Law Review.
